Windows

The core service.

Interior and exterior glass cleaned to a streak-free finish. From ground level to two stories, reached safely with a professional water-fed pole using pure water — no marks, no residue. Traditional mop and squeegee for interior glass. Ladders used where needed.

Tracks

Where the dirt hides.

Most cleaners just hose tracks out and call it done. I clean them properly — specialist track brushes to loosen built-up debris, vacuum to extract everything from inside the channels. Detail tools for corners and edges.

Process: brush, vacuum, detail.

Screens

Removed. Cleaned. Refreshed.

Screens collect dust, salt, and cobwebs that ruin the view through them. I take each one out, clean it properly, and put it back. Not hosed down with the glass — that just pushes dirt into the mesh.

Pool Fencing

Spotless glass, back to invisible.

Glass pool fencing collects salt, pool chemicals, fingerprints, and water spots fast. I use a pure-water water-fed pole that lifts it all and dries streak-free — restoring the glass back to what it's supposed to be.

Louvers

Most cleaners avoid them.

Louvers are tricky. Each blade collects dust, salt, and grime that smears if you don't have the right tools. I use a dedicated louver kit designed for the job — cleaning each blade individually so they actually come up clean.
