This is my story, and I want to be straight with you about it.

I left school knowing two things. I didn't want to go to university, and I wanted to build something of my own. I just hadn't worked out what yet.

So I took a job at the local supermarket while I figured it out. That's where I met someone who ran a window cleaning business. I'd always been curious about the trade, so I told him, and he offered me work. I took it.

That job taught me a lot, but more than the skills, it lit something up in me. I loved the work, I loved being outdoors, and I loved the idea of building something that was mine. So I made a decision. I'd back myself and start my own business. No safety net, no clients, no plan B. Just a squeegee, a standard I refused to compromise on, and a willingness to put in the work.

That was in 2025. Since then I've built Windows by Jabali from nothing into a real business serving Gold Coast homes and commercial properties. Every client has come from showing up, doing the job properly, and earning the next one.

I'm not pretending I've got it all figured out. What I have is this. I show up every day. I take the work seriously. I treat every property the way I'd want mine treated. And I'm building this for the long run. The goal is to become the most trusted window cleaning name on the Gold Coast, and I'm willing to earn that one job at a time.
